From prototype to serial production
INVENTRONICS is a Polish electronic assemblies manufacturer based in Jawor. We offer contract electronics manufacturing (EMS), from individual prototypes to production runs of thousands of units per month.
Contract electronics manufacturing means that we take over the full manufacturing process: component purchasing, SMD and THT assembly, testing, packing and shipment of finished assemblies. We work in full-service mode or with customer-supplied components.
The entire process is covered by the ISO 9001 quality management system and IPC-A-610 standards.

Request for quotation
You send documentation (Gerber files, BOM and specifications). We prepare a quotation.

DFM analysis
Our engineers review manufacturability and suggest optimizations.

Prototype
We assemble the first trial run and test compliance with requirements.

Serial production
After prototype approval, we launch production. Each batch passes quality control (SPI, AOI, ICT/FCT).

Delivery
Finished assemblies are packed according to requirements (ESD packaging, dedicated labels) and delivered to the specified address.

Our offer is based on project value rather than the number of manufactured units. Each project proposal is evaluated individually.
How long does order execution take?
Lead time depends on project complexity and component availability. Prototypes: 4-12 weeks. Series: agreed individually.
Which quality standards do you follow?
ISO 9001 for production processes and IPC-A-610 for electronics assembly. Control at every stage: SPI, AOI, ICT/FCT.
Do you support full-service production or customer-supplied components?
Yes. The preferred cooperation model is full service, where we take responsibility for material organization, component purchasing, assembly, testing and the quality of delivered assemblies. We can also work with customer-supplied components. The cooperation model is agreed during documentation, component availability and quality requirements review.
