Can I order only electronics design without production?
No, we do not provide standalone design services without production. Our business model is based on delivering complete, production-ready solutions. This ensures that the design is optimized for manufacturing (DFM) and meets all quality standards during production. By managing both design and manufacturing, we maintain full control over quality, schedules and traceability, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to finished product.
What information is required to place an electronics manufacturing order?
We require project documentation, including schematics, a BOM, PCB files (Gerber) and detailed testing and quality control requirements.
Do you support customers in optimizing existing designs?
Yes, we help optimize existing customer designs for production cost, performance and compliance with industry standards.
What does the prototyping process look like and how long does it take?
The prototyping process includes design, assembly and verification tests. Duration depends on project complexity and usually takes 4 to 12 weeks.
Do you offer full production traceability?
Yes, our production line is equipped with a full traceability system that enables tracking of each unit at every production stage.
Can you support both low-volume and high-volume production?
We support both prototype or low-volume production and larger serial production, adapted to customer requirements and project scale.
Which quality standards does production follow?
Our production follows international quality standards, including IPC-A-610 for electronic assembly and ISO 9001 for production processes.
How do you test manufactured products?
We perform functional tests, optical inspection, ICT and SPI where required to ensure product quality.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our offer is based on project value rather than the number of manufactured units. Each project is evaluated individually against our production capabilities and workload.
