Quality and Certifications
Building excellence with ISO 9001
Our mission is to deliver reliable and innovative electronic solutions, including design, firmware development and complete product assembly. Our goal is to understand and satisfy customer needs through quality-based processes, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Continuous improvement and employee development are integral to our success.
Where our commitment to quality applies
Based on analysis of the relevant issues, stakeholder interests and its products and services, INVENTRONICS defined the scope of the management system as follows:
Design, development and production of electronic components and systems, including assembly processes, as well as comprehensive production of complete products, including mechanical assembly.
This scope covers all processes related to delivering customized electronic and electromechanical solutions, from initial concept development to delivery of fully functional, integrated products. It ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The system applies to the company’s activities at its main location and does not include logistics services outsourced to external providers.
Standards and regulations
We align production and inspection processes with international electronics industry standards and project-specific requirements.
IPC-A-610
Acceptability of electronic assemblies. The standard defines acceptance criteria for electronic assembly, including visual inspection of solder joints, component placement and PCB cleanliness.
IPC J-STD-001
Requirements for soldering processes. It covers soldering parameter control, material requirements and acceptance criteria for soldered connections.
RoHS / REACH
For projects requiring environmental compliance, we consider requirements RoHS oraz REACH when selecting materials, components and supplier documentation.
Quality at every stage
Multi-stage quality control helps ensure each product meets customer specifications.
Incoming inspection
Each component delivery is verified against the order, visually inspected and sample-tested where required.
SPI
Solder paste inspection (SPI) – automated control of paste deposition after stencil printing.
AOI
Automated optical inspection (AOI) – inspection of component placement and soldering.
Final testing
Functional testing (FCT) of the finished product according to customer specifications and parametric testing.
Quality as a continuous process
At INVENTRONICS, we treat quality as a continuous process. We use Agile and LEAN methods in production management to minimize waste, respond faster to customer project changes and optimize production flows. On a regular basis:
- We analyze quality indicators
- We conduct internal and external audits
- We train employees in new standards and technologies
- We invest in modern inspection equipment
